Tempted Coffee Liquor

Still remember those days we always rush up Genting Highlands for a coffee or drinks and then rush down back.
Life like that is awesome.
Cool wind, just-nice temperature,
cool friends, just-nice band,
and sometimes mixed with some idiots act and ideas.

Talking about Genting Highlands, I really missed the band from Phillipines in Patio.
A place to hang with nice music, songs and likely a hot liquor coffee...

I had tried several of those "countries" liquor coffee like Italian Coffee, Russian Coffee and France Coffee. Although, you will be shock by their expensive price... around RM30 per cup... likely 2 shots of expresso with some whisky, or volka or... depends...
However, I didn't have the chance to continue my "liquor coffee journey"... which i had aimed for a while... I planned to get one bottle myself...

Yep... Irish Coffee... kinda famous i guess but i never taste one before...

So what is Irish coffee?

A classic Irish coffee consists exclusively of hot coffee, Irish whiskey and sugar, with cream floated on top. Irish coffee can be considered to be a variation on hot toddy

The sugar is necessary for the cream to float. You can probably add some Nutmeg, cinnamon,etc... An alternative version, more properly known as "Bailey's Coffee", adds a shot (ounce) of Baileys Irish Cream to the mix, or may replace the whiskey with the Baileys altogether.

Will try to get a 700ml bottle... taste it and let you guyz know whether it is recommended or not...
:")

Irish coffee?!?!
izzit mean asking me to have some irish creame or Bailey or Irish whiskey for you....
hehe.....

Actually i know all this coffee cause i work in the restaurant....
but what we did is not really traditional way for doing those coffee....like
Irish coffee with Whiskey
Royal coffee with Hennesy
Russian coffee with Volka
Bailey's coffee of course with Bailey(my house also has a bottle)
and Americano,Latte,Cappuccino.....
a lot.....

i think is quite nice for Bailey's coffee... first put the Bailey on the bottom of the glasses, espresso in the second layer and the top layer is the bubbled milk(so called cream)and some coffee powder on top of the cream....
but important if u want to have apparent look of three layer you can't mix the Bailey with sugar for the 1st process, else the espresso will not float on the Bailey,of course you must pour the espresso carefully and slowly...
but, most of the time in our restaurant we will mix the Bailey together with espresso... hehe...

Anyway enjoy your cup of coffee!!
